Release Kit Studio ("we") creates promotional video files — lyric videos, Spotify Canvas loops and short vertical clips — from audio, lyrics and artwork you provide. Deliverables for each package are described on the order page at the time you buy.
You keep all ownership of your music, lyrics, recordings, artwork, name and likeness. By submitting materials you confirm that you own or control all rights needed (or have written permission from the owner) for us to use them to make your files, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights. You give us a limited license to use your materials only to produce and deliver your order.
When your payment is complete, we assign to you all rights we hold in the delivered files, and you may use them commercially on any platform. Any stock or generated visual elements we use are licensed for commercial use. We may decline or cancel any order where rights are unclear, with a full refund.
We won't show your files as samples unless you opt in on the order form (founding artists agree to sample use as part of the free offer). You can withdraw permission anytime by emailing us.
Our target is about 48 hours from receiving a complete order (audio, lyrics, artwork and answers). This is a target, not a guarantee. Files are delivered by private download link, which may expire after 30 days — please save your files.
The Full Release Kit includes one round of revisions requested within 14 days of delivery (timing, typos, colors, font, minor layout). Errors we made in transcribing your lyrics are always fixed free. New creative directions after delivery may be quoted separately.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Before work starts you can cancel for a full refund. If we can't deliver, you get a full refund. After delivery, if a file doesn't match the package description and we can't fix it, we'll refund that order. Refund requests: support@releasekitstudio.com.
Release Club ($79/month): renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the customer portal link in your Stripe receipt or by email; cancellation stops future charges and you keep everything already delivered. Unused monthly packs don't roll over.
We don't promise streams, views, followers, playlist placement, revenue, or that any platform will accept or display your files. Platforms (including Spotify, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) set their own rules and may change them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.
Limited to the first 10 approved artists, one per artist. In exchange you agree to give an honest testimonial and let us display the Canvas as a sample with credit to you. We may end the offer at any time.
We may decline content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors, or that targets real people with harassment.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
